This Saturday (16th January 2013) sees the LA Fit Expo play host to the All American Strongman Challenge. Despite the name, strongmen from England and Canada are competing too, all vying for the top spot and the Arnold Strongman Classic qualification that comes with it.

  • Max deadlift – side handles (suits and straps allowed)
